05Greenhouse removal
Greenhouses are the one structure where slower is better. The glass comes out first, pane by pane, before anyone touches the frame - broken glass in a lawn is a gift that keeps giving. Expect a greenhouse to cost slightly more than a timber shed of the same size, because of the handling time.
The aluminium frame goes for metal recycling and the glass to its own stream, not general waste. 06Decking, fencing and the rest

- Timber bases and bearers: same - they come up with the floor and go on the van.

08Asbestos cement roofs: the one hard stop
Grey corrugated roof sheets on sheds and garages built before the 1980s are often asbestos cement. No general waste carrier can legally remove or transport them - us included, and anyone else you're quoting. Be wary of any operator who says yes to an old corrugated roof without a single question.
The good news: it's rarely the whole job. A licensed asbestos contractor deals with the roof sheets; once they're off, the rest is normal timber and comes down as usual.
