No. Tell us what's inside when you send the photo and we'll price the contents into the same visit. Half the sheds we take down still have a lawnmower in them.
No, and be wary of anyone who says yes without asking questions. Grey corrugated roof sheets on sheds and garages built before the 1980s are often asbestos cement, which needs specialist handling and disposal. If we spot a suspect roof we'll tell you and point you to a licensed asbestos contractor. Once the roof is dealt with, we take down and clear the rest.
Paving slabs and timber bases go on the van with the shed. Poured concrete pads are a bigger job; send a photo and we'll tell you straight whether it's one for us or a groundworker.
Most single sheds are down, loaded and swept in under an hour on site. Greenhouses take longer because the glass comes out carefully. Big summerhouses and workshops can take a morning.
